To get started, you must bring your first payment to the office on or before the due date. After that, you can pay online, if you’d like, using your 12-digit customer ID. If you forget to pay your bill on time, you will receive a $5 charge for each month that your bill isn’t paid. If you’d like to resume garbage collection after this, you’ll need to pay all owed invoices as well as a $10 restart fee. Once you’ve set up your account, begin to place your trash on your curb the night before your designated day of trash collection. If there is a holiday coming up (falling on Monday-Thursday), the trash will run a day late that week.
